received the special award "Education on the Cloud" from UNICEF in Imagine Cup Thailand 2018 on the 3rd of March 2018. "Our project is to create BLISS, an assisting robot for autism therapy; the companion to learn. Bliss helps attract attention of autistic children to allow better learning environment. Through playing games with suitable contents and activities with the robot, autistic children could develop their intellectual and social aspects blissfully. Parents and specialists can provide continuous therapy and keep track of the children’s progress at home through Azure Cloud services. With collaboration from our partners at Ramathibodi Hospital and Rajanukul Institute, together we could improve the quality of life for autism patients and provide a better world for all of us."

This course will introduce you to a general overview of the biological world for all students except students in faculty of science. The course starts with key topics relevant to biological engineering area. After that the expertise in many areas involving biology will lecture with an emphasis on case studies, real-world applications. The subject involves some project work (which is presented in the last week of this subject). The subject has been designed to contain: participant 10 %, activities and homework assignments 20 %,project and presentation 30 %, final exam 40 %.
Every year, the Biological Engineering Program organises the BIE Camp for the 3rd and 4th undergraduates, where they will have the chance to learn the research in biological engineering fields such as synthetic biology, bio-imaging, nanoengineering, biomaterials, biomechanics and tissue engineering, etc. Moreover, they will have an opportunities familiarise themselves with the environment in KMUTT. There also will be a wide variety of games and activities for students to ensure that students will have a unique and memorable experience.
