Nowadays, Catheter is a delivery equipment in blood vessels and it uses for surgery, observation and treatment, for example, aneurysm treatment, atherosclerosis inspection and treatment. However, blood vessels have complex structure that nonlinear shape with small diameter approximately 2 - 4 mm in adult arteries. It is known that conventional deflectable catheter is relatively large and not able to be curved with small radius. Therefore, the objective of this research is to construct a model of special deflectable catheter using shape memory alloys as actuators so that this catheter will have a small shape and it can move along blood vessels with low radius of curvature. As the result, it is expected that the motion control of this catheter can be done under a limited space and complicated area so it can move inside the blood vessels to the point of a disease easily.
