This research focuses on designing a new biological comparator using RNA molecules. Biological comparator may be applied to complex biological problems such as the detection of an abnormal gene expression in patients with a genetic disorder. An example here is showing construction of a biological comparator from designing of RNA sequences using computer programing to compare concentrations of two chemicals resulting in the process of the cell turning red or green fluorescent genes on and off thus can determine which chemical has higher concentration.
